In addition to the manufacture and supply of a broad range of Radio Telemetry products, PACSCOM offers a full service operation to assist customers in the design and implementation of their complete project.

Radio Field Trials
At Pacscom we are able to complete feasibility studies for the range of Radio Modules incorporated within our equipment (173/458/868/2440MHz). We can also consider options for the use of our GSM/GPRS Products.

Site Audits and System Design
Our Technical Sales Team will assess the System Requirements and Design a System to match your needs. We will attend site and ensure that all aspects of the supply and implementation are assessed.
System Integration and Approvals
We can work with or as System Integrators, seeking approvals where necessary.
Installation Supervision Services
Our Field Service Team is available for the supervision of Installation of Pacscom Equipment ensuring that correct practices are followed for Radio / Antenna Installation and that all manner of Process Interfaces are installed correctly.

Antennas and Mounting Accessories
PAPACSCOM supply complete accessory kits comprising the antenna, mounting bracketry, poles and surge arrestors where appropriate. These kits ensure the installation teams have a complete set of parts for each site.
Commissioning
Our Service Engineers will attend and Commission all aspects of Pacscom Equipment ensuring that handover of the System is completed smoothly, on time and with the highest degree of reliability.
Maintenance and Service Support
Preventative Maintenance or 24/7 Call Out, we can quote a package that will ensure your System is maintained to the highest standard.

Our experienced personnel are able to provide Training for the complete range of Pacscom Products ensuring a complete knowledge of each Product and its Diagnostic Functions. We also provide Training in several additional disciplines including Radio Network Design, Antenna System Design and Implementation, Telemetry System Design and Site Wide Networking.
SIM Cards for GSM Products
NotNote that GSM products are generally supplied WITHOUT SIM Cards. The products are tested within PACSCOM using test cards but it is the user’s responsibility to obtain the cards for the operational system. If these are sent to PACSCOM prior to the equipment being dispatched they can be installed for a small charge and tested as part of the system prior to shipment. All cards submitted to PACSCOM must have been registered and initialised by the user. |
